After years of being involved in the construction trades, we grew tired of the
normal construction way of doing business. Contractors were known as thieves
and cheats and poor building techniques ran ramped, not to mention the terrible
waste of our precious earths resources and the health problems surrounding our
families and loved ones from these techniques.
Enter Kurt Holmes, senior partner of Foreste Holmes LLC.
Kurt was teaching at Yavapai College in the Building Science Department working
with students each day.
Next came Eric Foreste with his years of business sense and love for
architecture especially historic structures.
The scene was set and the race was started. No more would clients be terrified
and bullied by their contractors. No more would houses be constructed using
poor building techniques. No more would the air inside clients houses be "dirtier"
